US Stock Market Today: Wall Street opens higher on Fed rate cut optimism

Wall Street stocks opened higher on Wednesday on growing optimism that the US Federal Reserve could cut interest rates in December.
At the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 83.7 points, or 0.18%, to 47,196.15.
